Just got off the scale.
Lost a couple tenths of a pound.
Basically I've stayed the same for my last two weigh-ins.
Which means a 2-3 WEEK PLATEAU.
And I'm not devastated like I was last week.
I'm just sort of tired. Wondering how my body can be ignoring basic math.
Calories in < Calories Out.
It's math.
So what is going ON????
Ugh.
